The fly in Chickfly pants is a stretchy portion of fabric that goes between the legs and wraps around the hips. It must be tight, but not so tight that it doesn’t stretch when you open it. That’s why the hip measurement on Chickfly pants is so important - it needs to be the right size for your body so that the fly works properly.

Take measurements around your waist and hips with a soft tape measure. The hip measurement is the most important. Chickfly pants are made to fit comfortably yet snugly. Chickflys were designed for women but actually work well for everyone.

How to Measure the Hips on Chickfly Pants

Hips - Take your hip measurement as the circumference of the widest part of your hips. This may be at your hip bone, or lower if you have a curvaceous booty. Use this "Low Hip" measurement at your widest point as your guide. Take several hip measurements with a loose tape and choose the widest one. If you have a big booty, use only the hip size measurement. The waist will adjust because it is stretchy.

How to Measure the Waist on Chickfly Pants

Waist - You will want to measure the circumference of your waist at the narrowest part above your belly button and below your breasts. Stand in a relaxed manner and relax your gut and chest. Try measuring at multiple points up and down your waist with a loose tape measure to find the narrowest point. This is your waist measurement. If you’re pear- or hourglass-shaped, your natural waist should be pretty easy to find. If you’re apple-shaped or banana-shaped or carry a good deal of your weight around your waist, though, it may be a bit harder to locate, and may actually be larger than your hip measurement. If your waist is bigger than your hips, use your hip size as your guide.

These include having one leg shorter than another, subtle color inconsistency, fly elastic that doesn't lay flat, or other small manufacturing defects that did not pass our quality inspection. They are great for someone who will be cutting the legs shorter anyway, someone who wants to make shorts, or someone who will be wearing the leggings for work or any activity for which aesthetic perfection is not required. They are all functional and in new condition. They may be wrinkled or have some lint do to being stored in our warehouse for a long time.

The bamboo material is breathable, wicking, and odor resistant. The leggings have a tight fit around the ankle for a tight streamlined look and feel. There is an additional elastic formed in the underside fly that secures the fly with a tighter fit so you can be as active and versatile as you want to.

Their waistband is tall for a high waistband look or you can fold it over for a low rise look or pull down little further to have a demi-mini skirt that snugs around your hips. There are 2 added extra pockets in the front and back of the waist band. They have two deep thigh pockets, great for keeping your phone or ID. Designed with no actual zip fly but with well designed and comfortable flaps that pull apart quickly and easily. Giving you the freedom to go anywhere.
